Diplomacy and Travel
International Peace Project members traveled to Africa to research and share experiences of social, religious, spiritual, cultural and musical life in Senegal.
Other trips for educational exchange and humanitarian aid delivery were made to Iraq in which members engaged with Iraqis suffering under US/UN imposed economic sanctions. Medical supplies, food and medicines were delivered to hospitals, while reports were made on the conditions witnessed.
Clearly, intercultural exchange goes a long way towards contributing to peaceful relations between countries.
